How EchoSmart works

  • Connect EchoSmart to the Christmas tree at the wellsite.

  • EchoSmart can be triggered to fire by either the wellsite PLC through RS-485 interface, or the IoT platform via the 4G connection, or on internally programmed schedule

  • The measured liquid level is transmitted to the PLC in the wellsite control panel via RS-485, where it is used to adjust the VFD to maintain the desired production rate.

  • In parallel, measurement data is transmitted through the 4G module to the IoT platform for processing and further analysis, including reserve loss diagnostics.
