Almost all oilwells are not producing at their maximum capacity because of lack of real time, continuous liquid level gauge, and that the gauge does not communicate with PLC, SCADA or other pump control mechanism, leading to loss of production revenue. How?
EchoSmart measures liquid level automatically, continuously, and in real time.
It also sends:

Liquid level information to the PLC in the control panel at the wellsite via its RS-485 interface for real-time adjustment of pumping speed, keeping the well continuously adjusted.

Liquid level information to the IoT platform, which performs the calculations and sends commands to the wellsite for execution, such as adjusting pumping speed.

With current manual liquid level gauges, it is very difficult to measure deeper than 3,000 ft. They do not have calibrators, so the measurement accuracy is unknown, and they lack electronic communication for automatic and continuous optimization. That is why wells cannot be optimized using conventional manual liquid level gauges.
